Loyalty program FAQ’s

What is the Review Loyalty program?

The current Review loyalty program offers our valued customers an opportunity to receive special offers, reward vouchers based on spend, collection previews and invitations to VIP nights & other events.

How does the Review loyalty program work?

Depending on your total sales over a 6 month period every $100 you spend will earn you $5 in return. The minimum spend is $400, with a minimum voucher amount of $20. You must be a Review member and present your card in store on every transaction.

How do I sign up to become a member? Can I sign up on the website or on Facebook?

You can sign up to become a Review member at any Review or Myer Review store. A loyalty card will be allocated to you by a Review staff member on the spot. Unfortunately you cannot sign up to become a member on our website or Facebook, but you can definitely sign up for newsletters online or become a fan of Review on Facebook to receive the latest updates!

What changes are happening to the Loyalty program and how does this affect me?

This will be our last loyalty voucher under the current scheme before we are back, bigger than ever, with our amazing new program. It is currently in initial stages of development and you will be notified when we are up and running. Review really appreciates your support during this time and most importantly your loyalty card will continue to work as usual. All sales transactions will continue to be recorded against your card, as long as you present it in store.

What if I have not received a loyalty voucher in the mail?

If you have not received a loyalty voucher by the middle of April and you are in store making an enquiry regarding vouchers or are ready to make a purchase, one of the Review sales assistants will contact Head Office (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) and retrieve your unique barcode that is printed on the loyalty voucher. This means you can still redeem the voucher!

Did I qualify for a loyalty voucher?

If you have a membership with Review and have spent $400 or more between July 1st 2010 and January 31st 2011, then you qualify to receive a loyalty voucher.

How much am I entitled to in this loyalty voucher?

For every $100 spent we give you back $5.00, with a minimum voucher of $20 spend and a minimum spend of $400 between July 1st 2010 and January 31st 2011. Depending on your total sales between that period will define the amount you will receive as a loyalty voucher.

What if I have not used my membership card when making purchases? Are those sales included or have they been missed?

If any purchases were made between July 1st 2010 and January 31st 2011 and your membership card was not used, unfortunately those sales are forfeited. These loyalty vouchers have been computer generated and mailed out. They cannot be recalculated and re-issued or added to the next loyalty voucher.

How are the loyalty vouchers sent to customers?

The loyalty vouchers look like postcards and have been mailed out in envelopes, with a letter that explains the changes to our new loyalty program.

When do the loyalty vouchers expire?

Where can I redeem my loyalty vouchers?

I think I was entitled to a loyalty voucher previously but I have never received a voucher. Will I receive another voucher?

If you think you were eligible to receive a voucher from previous mail outs and have not received a voucher, unfortunately we cannot re-issue. Each one is generated especially for each customer, is valid for that period only and has been calculated based on sales for that period only. Vouchers cannot be carried over to the next loyalty voucher mail out.
We send them via Australia Post in good faith that the customer’s details and mailing address are correct at the time of retrieving the data.

What happens if I have lost, misplaced or broken my membership card?

If you have lost, misplaced or broken your membership card. Please go into your nearest Review store and ask for a new card. The Review sales assistants in store will be able to scan a new card and instantly replace the old membership number. This will not create another account for you.
