What is your favourite part about working in the Review team?
I love seeing growth in our teams. I work with such a beautiful group of women that have such a wide range of experience in life and the retail industry.
I love helping managers and teams build on their strengths and challenge their way of thinking through the love of sharing knowledge.
We have such a long tenure in our teams accross all ages and walks of life.
I love that every person in the business has that feeling of empowered learning and being able to bring it back into the work space as refined leaders.
What is an accomplishment that you are most proud of?
I am proud to have learnt to become more self-aware and reflective.
I believe in a growth mindset and to have the power to self-reflect in life really encourages you to want more in life, love and work.
You can do anything you want when you are able to do that.
Another accomplishment I am proud of would be binge-watching all seasons of Game of Thrones in two weeks! It takes a certain kind of will power to achieve this!
Do you have a favourite quote that motivates you?
"Make voyages. Attempt them. There's nothing else." - Tennessee Williams.
This is a quote that I grew up with and has stuck with me ever since.
It reminds me to make sure to give everything a go no matter what happens!
Who is a woman that inspires you?
My two aunties. I come from a family of strong, opinionated, selfless and beautifully kind women who have taught me to be the same.
They are both women who have inspired me throughout my life to always treat people with kindness and still be that hot-headed alpha that just gets stuff done!
My Aunt Marie is someone who sees not only the potential but the best in everyone.
She is someone who will go above and beyond for a stranger and ensures we all remember to treat everyone with kindness and to be forgiving.
I think we need to see more of that in the world.
What does a perfect weekend look like for you?
Silk pyjamas, a warm blanket, a good list of TV shows to watch, Uber eats and lots of friends to help me eat pizza!
What piece of advice would you give your past self?
Stick to your guts! Keep believing in your own thoughts and actions and let your self-confidence shine through.
Who is your style icon and why?
Audrey Hepburn. Simple and effortless dressing.
We aren't a fashion brand, we are a community - a community of love, respect, and empowerment.
