REVIEW INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY COMPETITION ‘23
The Competition
1. Entry into the ‘REVIEW INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY COMPETITION ‘23’ is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over, excluding Review employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter and related body corporates of the Promoter.
2. These terms and conditions form part of your entry to the competition. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition commences on Saturday 11th February 6am AEDT 2023 and closes Wednesday 22nd February 2023 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotional Period”).
4. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Review Australia Pty Limited of Building 8 658 Church street Richmond, VIC 3121, Australia (ABN: 50 122 295 836) (“Promoter”)
Eligibility
5. Entry into the ‘REVIEW INTERNATINAL WOMEN’S DAY COMPETITION is deemed eligible when;
i. i. The nominee or entrant fills in all fields of the entry form.
ii. ii. The entrant, should they be selected as a winner, must agree to participate in an interview (via phone) to be used as a profile piece in the digital campaign. The winner will also be required to provide an image of themselves for this content. Supporting imagery to tell the winners story is also highly regarded.
The Prize and Winning
6. There are 5 x prizes to be won valued at a total of $5,000.
7. The prize: 5 x $1,000 Review Wardrobes. The $1,000 Wardrobe can be provided in Gift Card format or added to the winners Review Loyalty Account.
8. This competition is a game of skill with the nominee or entrants information judged and winners chosen by a Review representative. The competition criteria is based on the entrants community work and impact which is making a difference. The promoter may contact the nominee or entrant upon receipt of their entry to clarify any details or to request further information.
9. The winners will be finalised on Thursday 23rd February ’23 at the Review Office.
10. The winners will be contacted via the phone number and email provided in the entry form.
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemable for cash.
No Liability
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
13. If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions given under State Legislation.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Privacy
15. By entering the ‘REVIEW INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY COMPETITION’ and accepting these terms and conditions, entrants acknowledge that:
16. The Promoter will publish entrants’ details on their website, branded social media channels, company blog and communications to the Review Loyalty members. Published entrants’ details will be limited to first name, residing state.
