What is Click and Collect in-store?
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to order online from your nearest Review Boutique and collect from that store at your earliest convenience. You will receive an email from the store when the order is ready for collection, which should be within 24 hours from when the order was placed. 

How does Click and Collect in-store work?
Once you place your order online using Click and Collect, the order is sent to the store you have selected. The store will pack the order and make sure it is ready, so you can collect the order with ease.
An email will be sent to you once the order is ready to go. Please bring along the email and photo I.D.

What do I need to bring in store to collect?

When you collect your order, be sure to bring your 'Ready To Collect' email. This can be shown on your smartphone or as a printout. If you are unable to show either of these and you have been notified we will need to see photo id that matches the name on the order.

How long will the store hold my order?

Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, the store can hold your order for 30 days. Please let the store know that you will need longer than 7 days to collect. Store contact details can be found here.

Can someone else collect my order?

If you cannot collect your order and would like to nominate someone to collect for you, please email online@review-australia.com and quote your Customer Order number.

What if I don’t collect my order?

If you don’t collect your order before the final date for collection, we will refund the order total, and send you an email to confirm that the order has been cancelled and refunded.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about your click and collect email, please either contact the store to let them know or contact us.
