How do I track an order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked.


Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?

International orders may be subject to duties and tax charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your country’s local customs department if you are unsure if these you apply to you. Review is not responsible for any extra charges that occur after your order has left Australia. Your parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the taxes owing. 


What can I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you so you can track the item online. For all international orders, please check with your local Post Office. Your parcel may be waiting for a signature before delivery.  Alternatively, please contact our online store between the hours of 9am - 5pm via online@review-australia.com  or call us on (03) 9902 5400.


The garment I ordered doesn’t suit me, can I return it?

We understand that shopping online isn’t always easy. You can return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding freight) or an exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 


Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they’ve been placed, so please ensure you review all of your details before completing the checkout process. 


What if I receive a faulty item?

Please contact us via email online@review-australia.com or phone (03) 9902 5400 so we can organise a replacement.


Can I pay via BPAY?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept BPAY as a form of payment.


Can I pay using cheque? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheque as payment in any form.


Can I purchase a Review gift card online?

Yes, you can now purchase a Digital Gift Card, the perfect one size fits all gift! Digital Gift Cards purchased on this site are redeemable online at review-australia.com or in any AU  Review boutique. Digital Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in David Jones or Myer Concessions and any other third party websites Review Australia clothing may be sold on. Digital Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. An order confirmation should be received within 24 hours of purchasing your gift card.


Can I pay with a Review gift card online?

You can redeem a Digital Gift Card online. Simply follow the below steps:
1) Online: No need to register, just enter the 9-digit card number and PIN at checkout.
2) In Stores: Print a copy of the Digital Gift Card and present at the counter or display the Digital Gift Card on any mobile device.

Unfortunately, physical Gift Cards sold in Review Boutiques cannot be redeemed online. These can only be redeemed at Review Boutiques. For a list of stores near you please click here.
