Express Delivery

Need your order fast? Select Express Delivery at checkout and receive your parcel within 2-3** business days (within Australia). A $14.95 flat rate applies.

Yes, we send internationally! Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. A $9.95 Flat Rate applies for New Zealand & $25.00 for the rest of the world. Additional charges may apply***.

Terms of Delivery Times

* Please note that the indicated delivery times are estimates only, based on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is coming from a store delivery times may vary, depending on both the store location and the intended destination.
Delivery time frames are based on industry averages as provided by our carrier company Australia Post, please note that these are indicative only and subject to change. Review is not liable for any delays or missed deliveries advised by Australia Post.

** Please note regional areas will take longer to receive their express order. This service is not recommended for remote locations. 

*** For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necassary to release your order from customs upon arrival. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update on the Australia Post website. 

Lost Or Damaged Goods

Review Online is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order. 

Signature On Delivery

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery.
